At Northwestern Marketing Conceptsteam development is a priority. We make sure that every day, our crew comes into an office where there is a team-driven environment. Our management team and more senior staff help make sure that everyone can learn with great resources provided and mentors that they can easily access for advice. Our team is also provided with activities to help them bond and build upon each other’s strengths. Office games help teach underlying business fundamentals, as well as relieve stress. Team development doesn’t just happen inside of the office. We practice it at team nights and game nights as well! These weekly events help everyone build strong relationships with like-minded, fun, and motivated people. Jenga or mini-golf, anyone?

We work hard to create an environment that is comfortable for our teammates to ask questions and stimulating enough for them to learn, embrace their creativity, and grow. Music is always playing, smiles are on, and our next event is always being planned. We work in a great location at The Village, one of Boise’s premier entertainment areas. At Northwestern Marketing Concepts, you don’t have to come in as a natural-born leader. Everyone has their own leadership style, and we work to help our teammates create their own. We provide training that allows everyone to learn the ins and outs of running a business. First, they work their way to take the reins as an Assistant Manager (where a Manager is still there for guidance), then we help them work their way to full Management! This allows our leaders to gain real work experience leading a team and teaching others what they have learned!

Overall, our core values (leadership, excellence, and integrity), in combination with our formula for a strong team culture (team development, growth, leadership), are what we strive to follow day-in and day-out.
