I am very thankful for the one on one training everyday, because now I feel 100% confident with my responsibilities. I am very excited to work towards more promotions throughout my career here!

NWMC is a place where all management seems to truly want everyone to succeed, and they provide so much to try to make it happen. That being said, the entry position is hard (like really hard), and it does take a very dedicated and persistent type of person to make it through. One of the sayings within the company that sticks with me day in and day out is “choose your hard”. Life will always challenge you, and no matter what, it will be hard, whether now or later. I am choosing the hard now.

After the first few weeks of working here, I noticed a major change in the way I acted and talked. Every day I see and feel a difference in myself, and the growth and opportunity with this company is bigger than anything else. The culture is also amazing, and the people here actually care about you and help you in any way you need. It takes a lot of getting out of your comfort zone, but growth doesn’t happen unless you do that. I am so grateful for being able to work for this company, and I’m excited for where it will take me in the future.
