NWMC is a place where everyone in management seems truly committed to helping everyone succeed, and they provide so much to make it happen. That being said, the entry position is hard (like really hard), and it takes a very dedicated, persistent person to make it through. One of the sayings within the company that sticks with me day in and day out is "choose your hard". Life will always challenge you, and no matter what will be hard, whether it is now or later. I am choosing the hard now so that I can provide my kids with the life I never had.
