I struggled with talking to people in general, so this sort of job was not in my plans. However, I kept coming across a job listing for this company and finally decided to apply. Current employee here. After being in it for a little while now, I can say that the culture is amazing. NWMC is a place where all management seems to truly want everyone to succeed, and they provide so much to try to make it happen. That being said, the entry position is hard (like really hard), and it does take a very dedicated and persistent type of person to make it through. One of the sayings within the company that sticks with me day in and day out is "choose your hard". Life will always challenge you, and no matter what will be hard, whether it is now or later. I am choosing the hard now so that I can provide my kids with the life I never had.
