Achieving Your Goals At 20 With Meadow Twoteeth

Northwestern Marketing Concepts’ top leader, Meadow Twoteeth, is a twenty-year-old entrepreneur. She joined our team this past summer and has since built a prosperous career for herself and worked to elevate the Northwestern Marketing Concepts company.

Born and raised in Helena, Montana, Meadow moved to Idaho at the age of fifteen. As a kid, she dreamt of becoming a doctor. After graduating from high school in 2019, she planned to join the Air Force, but life got in the way. “I was packing my bags for basic training when everything changed,” says Twoteeth, “I found out I was pregnant and that put a stop to all of my plans. Unfortunately, I soon after lost the baby and everything changed again. My husband and I got married in October of 2019 and thankfully got pregnant again. My son was born in July of 2020, and after he turned three years old, I decided to enroll in college.”

“I had a tough upbringing. I moved out of my parents’ house when I was fifteen and started off on my own. I had to grow up quickly and that was very hard. I lost my father to congestive heart failure just two weeks after high school graduation. My dad would always say, ‘you’re going to be great, my girl,’ and it’s hard knowing he’s not here to see all the great things I’ve accomplished.”

A hard-working, team-oriented, and independently-motivated entrepreneur, Meadow Twoteeth proved to be the exact type of leader we were looking for at Northwestern Marketing Concepts. After some time here, she herself has learned what it takes to be a strong entrepreneur and wants to look for it in potential new teammates. “I look for loyalty, honesty, and work ethic,” says Twoteeth, “I trust my team and their ability to complete the work that is on their plate. I know they can carry their weight.”

“I love getting constructive feedback, knowing exactly where I have room for growth at and what areas I need to attack.”

When we ask our leaders about their favorite thing about the job, we hear many of the same responses; Independence, freedom of time, opportunity to make money, and for Meadow and many others, the company culture. “I love how family-oriented we are,” says Twoteeth, “My coworkers have become a big part of my life and they feel like family to me. The company culture is what attracted me to Northwestern Marketing Concepts in the first place.”

“The best bet you can make is on yourself. Give everything 100% because at the end of the day, you’re the only one who can get in the way. This career style is not an opportunity that everyone gets, so take a chance and start young.”

As for the future, Meadow Twoteeth knows what she wants. “I am a huge planner,” says Twoteeth, “My short-term goal is to be promoted to management before my twenty-first birthday. Long term, my goal is to give my son the life I never had growing up, the life I dreamt of as a child.”

For the Northwestern Marketing Concepts team, one of our greatest accomplishments has been snagging Meadow Twoteeth as a team member. For Meadow, her greatest accomplishment is being the second person in her family to graduate high school, and the first person in her family to graduate college.

That is quite the accomplishment.

Congratulations to you Meadow, and thank you for everything you’ve given to the Northwestern Marketing Concepts team.
