Is Northwestern Marketing Concepts legit?

Yes. Founded in 2009, we’re headquartered in Boise, Idaho, with a second office in Salt Lake City, Utah. We don’t make money from hiring people; our revenue comes from the customers we bring in for our clients. There’s no buy-in, no starter kit, no inventory, and no cost to you at any point.

Do I need sales experience to work here?

No. Our entry-level sales jobs in Boise and Salt Lake City don’t require a sales background, and plenty of our team had none on day one. Instead, we look for work ethic, coachability, and how naturally you communicate. Athletes, veterans, and people with customer service experience tend to settle in quickly.

How does pay work?

Northwestern Marketing Concepts pay is based on performance and includes paid training, commissions, and bonuses. Team members are paid weekly. We don’t use quotas as the basis of our pay structure, and earning potential is uncapped. Leadership-level representatives can average approximately $1,500–$3,000+ per week, and entry-level representatives who consistently perform at a high level have six-figure opportunities.

What is the interview process like?

It starts with a conversation about what you’re looking for and how you approach work. Candidates who move forward have a more detailed conversation about the role, and we walk through the pay structure and schedule before making an offer. Depending on the position, you may also get an observation day to see the work firsthand.
